DV letter - can someone send the link?

I had soemthing from Aargon on my CR. States OC OPS2 - who I have no idea who that is. Also, it is for $175 and have no idea. I disputed as not mine with CRA and they came back and said it was validated by CA. SO - I want to send a DV to the CA. Can someone send me the link to DV's? thank you!!

You can go to Credit Scoring 101 (first section of General Credit Issues) and get it from there.
