Ok... I sent out 3 DV letter April 3rd.
Today I recieved letters from 2 CA about the DV
1st one from CBA said basically they are submitting a removal letter to all 3 CRA. letter head and signed - I'm soo Happy 
2nd letter from American Agency said that I still owe money + interest which almost same amount... omg 232+221 (interest).
3rd havent heard back yet.
ok... so i need some help on second CA, date of delete is 11/09? I think... and the SOL for California is 6year? I think.. In the DV letter they only sent information of account number, what owed and interest, and who i owe... and information on how to pay back online and blah blah..
Should I send DV #2? or send a PFD letter? or both?
3rd CA, I will wait but if nothing comes then ill send a second DV letter.
