Can I DV a medical collection even though its still within SOL?

A DV  can be sent at any time!!!!  if within SOL....and you can afford to PIF......I would first contact the OC and pay them if they still own the account.

I've already contacted the oc and they said the ca now owns it.  They cannot delete the account the ca will have to. 

I think the ca is a very small company.  Its one guy handling my account and I called and talked to him cause my dentist told me to and he said no delete for payment.  Its against the law blah blah blah.

Should I send a PFD anyways to the CA?  I sent a PFD to the dentist and he ignored me.

You should dispute with the CRA 1st.  Then if they verify , I would DV the CA if within SOL then you can still PIF if the CA files suit for Judgement.

Who Knows?  BUTTTT  If they don't Validate your DV you could sue them if they continue to report the ACCT!!
