I have been working on my mom's credit. We sent out four DV's, actually five (two were same collection agency). LJ Ross and Professional Placement couldn't validate and their entries, as well as the entry from the OC went bye-bye from TU.
Financial Control SVS (TU) and Falls Collection (EX) both are reporting for the same alleged debt. Yeah right! Their 35 days will be up on Feb 21. At that point, we will dispute with the CRAs and hopefully they will go away or ITS will follow.
Just sent out a PFD to an OC today, and she will be clean.

Edit: Just googled and Falls Collection (uses a P.O. Box) has the same physical address as Financial Control. Also just looked at her GCs and the same person signed for the letters. Duh!
