Date Of First Delinquency...

I filed my ch7 BK in May 2009 and it was discharged in Sept 2009.

When I looked at my EQ credit report it has a line on it: Date of First Delinquincy and a date 4/2009 or 5/2009

Do my (7) accounts that I included in my bk fall off 7 years after the date of FIRST delinquincy OR do they fall off 7 years from my BK filing date OR Discharge date ?

Thank you

"A Chapter 7 bankruptcy, which is the most common, can stay on your reports for up to 10 years from the date you filed."

Re: Date Of First Delinquency...

I know the actual court filing will stay on for ten years.

I am talking about ALL the accounts ...they only stay on for seven years...but when is that seven year mark of deletion determined ?
