Date Reported updates from disputing

I've learned the hard and painful way NOT to try and dispute my way out of baddies since having the account come back as updated can suppress your score if the dispute comes back with an "account updated". 

Question: how long does it take for the score to recover from this, specifically?

Theoretically, until it falls off completely. However, you do slowly gain points as it ages.
