I called back to dispute this and the new lady said -no- it did not reset the 7 year clock. I was emphatic to the first lady that it did not reset the clock but she disagreed. Anyway, the new lady gave me a confirmation number and I have to call Monday to dispute it over the phone (which she said was the best way).Again, I do not recommend disputing this as again it is so close to dropping. They might dig up an accuracy that might work for you, but also they might dig one up one that has you banging your head against the wall. Just be warned.

Last question, if it is deleted by one credit bureau will the rest delete it too? May 2001 could be the last time I made a payment on this but it could have been in 2000.
I don't understand what Date Reported means, assuming the Date you Open account it reports the next month to the credit bureaus, therefore is Date Reported when it was first late?
Thanks again!
