You can dispute a judgement "as not mine" with the Credit Reporting Agencies". The will verify whether or not it is yours then. But this will actually work only if the debt is "not yours".
As for actually DVing a Judgement, Short answer, NO. Besides, there is no point in it. A judgement is a court order, in other words, it has already been "validated" in a court of law and a judge has determined that the debt is yours.
