Can I DV a previous collection if it already has been paid? The CSR had promised it would be a PFD, which was not the case. When I contact the OC, they do not have any of my information on file. Now I am not even certain if the debt is valid/ correct..
I'm going thru the same thing for two paid off accounts. Both original creditors have no info on file either. Now, I'm going thru hoops trying to get one of the CAs to call me back. I think I might be able to get one off hopefully.
