For whatever reason, it seems like a lot of my accounts have not reported balances to the credit bureaus a week after they usually do. Some of them don't even have statements up. Anyone else experiencing the same?
1. My PnC mortgage account has a statement for June, but did not update new balance for this month with the CBs.
2. My 2 Barclays credit cards (yes I know.. Barclays ) did not report any balance for this month. I do not have a new statement for June. I usually zero-out both cards after the end of each month
3. My CapitalOne creditcard also, similar to Barclays does not have a new statement for activity in June. I typically zero-out this account too.
Just wondering if this is normal, or if some one else is experiencing delays too? Is this somehow COVID related too?
Thanks!
I've seen a decent amount of posts about AMEX being late on reporting this month. My two AMEX cards don't close until the 23rd and 26th so I'll have to wait and see. My Cap1 cards are reporting later than normal this month, and one of them did not report to TU at all last month which is out of the ordinary for any of my accounts. They all normally report like clockwork.
I'm having an issue with getting Amex to report an updated balance ($0) this month - they are a week past when they normally report every month for me (statement closed on the 8th, usually hits on the 10th/11th). I called their credit bureau hotline twice before they admitted there was a "glitch" and some updates were recalled and/or delayed. They offered a letter saying the balance was $0 and I explained that I needed the CRAs updated. They actually asked why - so I said because you are required to accurately report balances so that other lenders can make appropriate lending decisions on my file (that sounded better than "because I want to see how much my score goes up"). Either way, that worked, she immediately went into help mode and told me they would put in a "manual update" immediately and it "could take 5 business days to show up". Anyway, that was my recent experience with delayed reporting - still waiting.

I appreciate you both for taking the time to reply. I'll probably call them too, just to see if I can force manual mode as well.
Thanks so much!
Delayed reporting on certain CRA of balances that showed PIF weeks ago on other CRAs.. Such as a paid off car. Opened dispute against two one take care of already and other is in progress as EQ has shown paid off for weeks, EXP had to do dispute showed later that day paid off and awaiting TU.. Annoying as can mess up DTI, etc.. No reason to be slower as all this is automated and CV-19 shouldnt play a role in automated computer processing
Thanks @CreditCuriosity Paying off the car is exactly what I was worried about.
I'm planning to pay off my car in August, right before I want to start on my mortgage refi application in September. I might have to plan on giving it an extra 3-4 weeks in addition to my estimated reported date. For the credit cards, I typically make more than one monthly payment anyway, so as to make sure that the balance reported is 0. Hopefully, that should do the trick, if they choose to report it on a random day before the next billing cycle ends.
Very sporadic reporting since around Mid March for Me.
No CB updates from
Amex Gold Charge
Penfed PCR
(1 of 2) Citi DC cards
This is just on EX.
And still end of the month is coming
Glad I am not trying "AZEO" or Mortgage App.
Thank you for your reply @M_Smart007 . I'm actually in the process of planning for a refi, hence the concern
I think I solved my mystery though: I applied for a change in the due date for both my CapOne cards. I believe they were taking effect in this month's billing cycle. I had called them three times over the time I was waiting, I wasn't able to get a straight answer. Strange.

@itsy_bitsy_spyder, Glad you got it all sorted out
