Re: Delta Skymiles Amex

Just curious.. are you all applying for the Gold or Plat Skymiles card? I think the Gold has a $85 AF.

Yes but all the fees are waived on the first year

Re: Delta Skymiles Amex

correct...they are waiving the fee for the first year and i believe the apr is only 9.9.  i am using this card to rebuild my credit.  after a year i will probably beg for them to reduce the fee.  i have seen that most miles cards do have steep annual fees.

Is this a charge or revolving card? Meaning, is it PIF every month?

Re: Delta Skymiles Amex

After seeing this thread and reading how alot of people got approved for this card...i went on to Amex website and applied for the Gold SkyMiles...and guess what...

They approved me too!! For a CL of $1,000. Not sure what report they pulled, but my Fako scores are TU 573 EX 578 EQ 609.

I always wanted an Amex. I was trying to hold off for applying for this for another couple of years but I just gave it a try now.

Wooohooo... Me too!!! After seeing both this thread and the one about authorized users I got scared about losing my AMEX trade line and applied for my own.  I got approved for $4400.  What a great way to start a Monday morning. Thank you all! Smiley Happy

Happy to see all of the approvals.. The CRA pull was most likely EX.

Re: Delta Skymiles Amex

Do you guys think I could get approved for this card with EX = 646 or should I wait awhile for my scores to go up?

Thanks!
