Pin in the mail within 2 weeks. Then you use that online to decrypt the report.
10-4. Thanks.

Hello Cassie,
Received a letter from LeisNexis today and it said that they "conducted a search of its databases based on the information provided to us, but was unable to locate a file sufficiently matching your data".
With that said, I can only assume the information in question was something Amex has had on me for quite some time in their database. If that's the case, why did they say they have no record of me prior to being approved for this Platinum Card? I remember getting an Amex back in 1986 while in college and again back in 2005.

I didn’t think AMEX purged their records, I may be wrong and I am subject to correction though. And if it wasn’t on LEXIS-NEXIS, then yeah I would say it came from AMEX’s own records.
I agree with your Birdman. I guess the people that I dealt with at Amex, didn't have high enough clearance to see those records. Oh well, I can't complain of where things are with me. 3 CC's with no $0 balance, one with about $250 and the Amex which I just paid the $550 annual fee. Pretty clean. Now it's just a matter of gardening for the next 18-24 months.
