Ditech is very good. They actually bought GMAC financing. They pull from Fair Issac so they score you have here are within a point or 2 of what they have. As for credit issues they do some subprime lending depending on the state you live in.
I have not heard many good things about Ditech. Get everything in writing up front and don't pay any money up front. Then compare with other lenders/brokers.
