Digital Credit Union Overdraft Protection

Hi everyone, I had a message in my account manager inbox today that I was pre-approved for overdraft protection, I do have a checking account, does anyone have this protection? also do you know if there is any type of fee involved? thanks for any information...

I am not familiar with DCU's policies in particular but as a credit union I am sure they are like the rest. In the case of NFCU there is no fees involved unless you use the line of credit / overdraft. Then it accrues interest at the stated rate until it is paid. Any balance in the account is treated as a revolving account with a monthly minimum payment and statement to the credit bureaus.
