discover fico is TU, and the amex one you got with your card is EX, so they are not the same.
so the Deiscover is the FICO 08, what FICO number is the AMEX?

Someone else already pointed out that there are different CRA's used for the two. Keep in mind that scores are based on CRA data so the CRA used to generate the score matters as well as the scoring model.
