Discover Checking Debit Card Question

How long did it take you to receive your Discover debit card for your checking account?  We opened a checking account with them on the 2nd and haven't received the debit cards or pins (so that's 4 pieces of mail).  Their checks came quickly.  I did contact them yesterday and they said it could take up to 14 business days.  I'm not sure if I should give it more time or let them send out new ones.

Ok.  Then call them and tell them they haven't arrived. 

They have tracking and can tell you where they are.

All I remember it took very long for the checks and the debit card  to arrive. And this was sometime in summer without any holidays coming up. Can't they check if it has been mailed out?

No, they don't have tracking.  I was asking because I didn't want to have them resend them and wait another 3 weeks.  If they have a pattern of taking a long time, I'd wait.

Good luck.....and I love Discover bank. They save me 144$ per year  with free international incoming wires. Also they have a really nice app for online check deposits and offer FREE checks ..all in all I am very pleased with their service and  happy to have opened this account.  Hope you can see for yourself soon

Does Discover have anything that's similar to an online bill pay method where they will send physical checks for you?

They offer nice online bill pay similar to BofA.  Sorry never used my paper checks as I am way too lazy to write checks... online bill pay only for me..LOL
