Discover reps lie sometimes to side with the seller

 what can i do to get  them to  re open or   should i  see a  consumer protection lawyer bout it  so he can threatin  a lwsuit they claim even tho i did not  sign  for it thats proof of delivery bc it was left in or at mailbox

Discover reps do not lie, in my humble opinion.

As for this instance, I don't really see a solution in your favor.

they do lie  the  customes agent said  the proof is in the tracking on 3 way call from the rep . and the rep  noted to the  team handleing my dispute there no way to proove it  not only that they lied sevral times that merhcant did not provide  enough proof then they turn n say other wise  if that is not lieing then what is it

note that i sent them emails from seller   only wanting to refund me first 8 dollars then   swiched  to 20 from 323 dollars
