Dispute While Disputing

Uggggh Ficonians!

So I am smack in the middle of 3 CR disputes with CRA's.  and YES, I'd hired some help with cleaning up my reports.  I posted earlier about 2 sets of dups - now I've found 3 sets and the "hired help" only found one of the 3 (gotta figga out how to fire them in the midst of round one disputes).

The 3rd is a major CA baddie thats showing on EQ with a collection amt of 20k when it should only be 10K.  Getting the dup removed would be a big help.  But I missed it in this first round and I'm anxious to GET IT OFF NOW! 

I'm guessing i'll have to wait until the first round of responses come back right? Or can I call EQ and say "hey" without resetting my dispute dates?

You could always try to postal mail a dispute on top of the others.  You didn't say whether the others were done online or not.  That way you aren't having to hold off on adding to it until the 30 days are up.  If it doesn't work, you're only out some waiting time.

The disputes were all mailed.  This particular dup TL is one of the CAs I DV/SOL'd this week and just got the GC back yesterday (was wondering why it came back so fast then I remembered their in my town lol).

So PRAYERFULLY I'm hoping that the CRA not only remove the dup but BOTH TL's if they don't validate...two birds yanno. I'm thinking I will wait until the 30 days are up on the DV and THEN send my proof in as well as call out the dup.

This would TOTALLY boost my TU up as it's the only collection I have on that report.
