Dispute resulted in deleting CA name, but not the account?

I'm working on my fiance's credit report.  Back in October we sent a GW letter to a CA to remove a collection account and the CA agreed to remove the collection.  Experian was the first to delete the account and did so w/in 30 days.  Transunion and Equifax, however, seemed to be taking their sweet time about it.  So, we disputed w/ both.  Shortly after disputing w/ Transunion, the account came off.  We rec'd a letter from Equifax that the dispute would be forwarded to CSC.  Just to make sure, we went to CSC's website and disputed online.  However, since doing that I noticed that when pulling my fiance's 3-in-1 credit report, the company name of the collection agency ismissing.  Everything else about the account is there, but the company name.  We're not sure what to do.
