How do I take off disputes that was disputed in error?

Even if they are resolved? My lender said I have to get rid of those disputes before I get a loan so if they can't be taken back then I can never get a house? That doesn't seem to make sense. I called Equifax to have the disputes taken off because they were resolved and she didn't say they couldn't come off. She said it would be 30-45 days.
