Disputing Wrong Filing Date?

Can a public record be removed because the CRA is reporting the incorrect filing date?  EQ is off by  5 weeks.  Ex deleted it altogether once I told them it was IIB.  I just disputed it with TU.  When I disputed it with EQ, they just noted "IIB."

I wonder how they go about with deletion as well.

I know that my Public Records was deleted on all 3 and it's been there for only 2 years. I know that they cannot re insert it, although legally my judgment is still filed in the Superior Court which I plan on disputing as soon as I get all me documentation copies.
