Disputing a Judgement

Hi,

I have a judgement on my CR from Discover Card. for $3500.00. Do I have any way of disputing this and get it off my CR?

How should I dispute this can anyone tell me?

Re: Disputing a Judgement

Is it paid? Is it over 7 years old?

Re: Disputing a Judgement

Hi,

This is exactly what I wanted to know, How to proceed in getting this out of the way. If I pay them then it will take at least 7 years more to get off from the CR. I am so confused.

Thanks,

Re: Disputing a Judgement

A non-tax judment will remain for 7 years- from ENTERED

A Tax lien will remain 7 years from paid-

You can do some searching around here to find legal ways to get a judment removed by having the judment dismissed.
