You don't really dispute with AnnualCreditReport.com.  Even if you use that site you're dipsuting directly with each CRA.

I asked for a correction of some old addresses and asked for an Early Exclusion on something from my report through the mail with TU directly.

I have already received an updated credit report in the mail 4/2/15.  I tried to take an online look at the report through the site, and it said the exact same thing that your did.  The issue is closed and wasn't a dispute in the first place.  It has told me this for the past week.
