Do FICO scores update 24/7?

I haven't had my subscription very long for my 3-score FICO but I'm curious if this thing is tracking day and night and could update at anytime or is it just business hours? East coast? West coast?

it updates when something report to the bureau

During business hours. They update when the credit bureaus notify them of a change (usually 2-4 days after it has happened) .

you will only get notified of a change when a triggeing even occurs. The events that are a trigger are listed here.

I got a Fico score update today, (Saturday).

Fico scores are fluid numbers and are not fixed. They are generated by what is in your report on demand, in other words the score is calculated when someone asks for a score with a credit pull.
