Do I have a chance with Prosper?

I am trying to get a personal loan for a cosmetic procedure. I only need $4000

I was denied for Prosper 42 days ago, reason being too many recent inquiries. Now, I have since got 6 inquiries from my report... Most of them were unauthorized. I now have no inquiries my last recent inquiry was November 2018. Just checked my transunion dispute results this morning and all of those inquiries were deleted and I also got a boost in my score now I am at 704. 

Is it worth trying applying again? Or where could I go to get a loan?

I don't know if your Prosper prospects have improved, you can do a pre-approval on their web site for a soft pull. Any particular reason you are only looking at Prosper?

When I've been looking for consolidation loans, I've gone to the loan preapproval pages at Credit Karma and Nerdwallet. For a soft pull they'll check with a bunch of lenders and show the options. From there I just choose the one with the best terms (lowest APR) and apply.
