Does FingerHut help with credit Utilization

Does anyone have a FingerHut account?  If so, can you please tell me if it is reported to all 3 agencies. Also, does it reflect credit utilization? I am rebuilding and  trying to keep it at 20-30% so I  want to make sure that FingerHut reflects that. Thank you.

If you have their Fresh Start, I believe it initially reports as an installment account.  After that is completed it does report as revolving and would help utilization.

20 - 30% utilization is going to be too high.  If it is your only revolving, keep it at 9% or below.  If you have more than one CC, all but one should report 0 and the other 9% or below.
