Does a closed account still count for AAOA and Utilization?

Lowes closed my wifes credit card with a $0 balance and a $4,000 limit

I'm an authorized user on the account.

Should I remove myself as authorized user? Does it count against my utilization?

It counts towards AAoA. No, it should not count towards UTI%.

With a zero balance it can't count against you.  Remember that revolving utilization is balance(s)/limit(s).  0 divided by anything is 0.

Closed accounts on your reports do factor into AAoA though accounts where one is an AU are not considered by all creditors and scoring models.
