The following item is suppressed pending credit grantor update:

BAY AREA CREDIT SVCS INC #1120????My daughter thought she'd try to help me with credit and she called the OC they told her they couldn't do anything because it was in collection, se then called CA and this appeared. I just mailed them a letter explaining my deal by CMRRR today. But what does it mean?

It is part of your credit report but it is not being reported until the CA completes your DV request. If you do not receive the DV response and it no longer is suppressed then they are in violation of the FCRA.

means that you are in protracted default.

the debt is going to be collected by this bay area services inc.

did you have the phone bill from metro pcs you didn't pay or something of that sort?

No this is for an Ambulance ride by "American Medical Response"

may not be hard to remove. Use Pay For Delete letter (PFD). Or contact the ambulance finacial department directly and resovle this.

have you disputed this in any way....CRA or sent a DV to CA??  when it is suppressed no one can see it!

My daughter did, se thought se was helping me and contacted the OC and the CRA . Tey informed her they needed to talk to me but before se hung up se explained my situation to them but they said they couldn't do anything. I needed to pay. After she told me I told her NEVER TO CALL them. I did send a DV today buy CMRRR it also included a copy of the Financial Assistance letter from the hospital who stated that my account had been paid by a family who donated the money. I had thought this was included but it was not so I have the $1054.00 collection
