I pulled all three of my credit reports using myFICO but I don't see a report number listed on there to use for reference when contacting the CRA's.  Does anyone know where it is?

You don't need one for TU and EXP
You will need to call EQ and request one or buy a report from their site

You don't need one for EX, but you can get one FOC.
