Hello community,
I am going to apply for a house for rent, and the landlord wants to pull my Credit score from an agent. Will this affect my recent credit card application?
Thanks!
Are you currently waiting on the approval or denial? I imagine if you are waiting for manual review, they will not HP you again. I doubt they would even SP you.
I haven't done anything. I am planning to app for a credit card at the end of the month, but before that I have to app for a new house for living which will result in a HP on my credit score for sure...

The impact of a single hard pull on your credit profile isn't something we can tell you. Hard pulls are a relatively small factor

but they can have a bigger impact for those with thin and/or poor credit profiles. If one hard pull is the straw that broke the camel's back then there are probably bigger issues with the credit profile than the single hard pull.
If I had to guess based on the scores in your signature (assuming those are FICO 8's) a single hard pull probably won't be a problem for you. However, it's never just about score so don't rely on that statement.

Your use of "recent" in your OP is confusing as recent indicates that it happened in the past.
Thanks. Indeed, my FICO 8 scores are high, but I have a thin profile. AAoA is low -- only 1 year after activating 4 new cards last year. I will be careful on those HPs.
