Why would it ignore it? If anything, the pandemic will help show which scores are more accurate in reporting the chance of default. Many datapoints to be had by lenders

Best to keep your utilization in as good of a shape as you can because that will definitely not be affected by any disasters.  The only thing as far as reporting is if you are late during a certain period with certain creditors they will code it differently on your report so you will not suffer any negatives.
