Gabby, IMO Capital One cs is subpar but not as bad as Citi's. I have a Savor card but it's like SD'd except for unique merchant offers that offer extra cashback. I would only keep that card for that reason or unless it's an emergency with no current alternative.
Don't feel ashamed of paying with a paper check because when I recently had a job in a supermarket there was the occasional few people who paid for groceries with a paper check. Just keep in mind they need time to clear. I read another post elsewhere that Barclays is really horrible at processing mailed payments.
@gabbygail Last year I transferred an IRA account from one provider to another. The original provider could not ACH the funds so a paper check was mailed to the new provider. I swear that check took forever to arrive and post to the account. I know how you feel. Enjoy life Capital One free. I have since late 2023 or early 2024.

I thought they limited you to 3 cards, but I suppose if you had a Walmart card that got PCd to Quicksilver you could end up with like 2 QSs, a Savor and a Venture variety. Add an REI and Kohl's co-branded cards to the mix and it could happen.
There's not a 2 or 3 card limit. I have 4 Capital One core cards (no co-brands) and was told that it's all profile dependent if you're attempting to go beyond 2 core cards (co-brands are generally treated separately). FWIW, 2 of my 4 cards get consistent regular usage, while the other 2 get minimal.
I don't have any real complaint with cap, but they'd have to offer a big sub for me to put up with a triple pull.
I use the savor quite a lot.
I also have the Savor creditcard from Capital one which started out as Walmart mc which came over from Synchrony bank which had 19K limit fove the card but would open any Capital one creditcard and take a triple pull to apply for any capital card.
