Re: Duplicate Report? Balance Issue

When did you pay them?

The report date is 10/15.

The way I think - You owe Cach $0 so this could not be yours. hint, hint

Re: Duplicate Report? Balance Issue

If you paid it just this month it may take a while for it to post. However, the one dollar diff. bothers me a little- and the way that there is more info on the first but hardly any on the second. It appears to be duplicate- but is there a chance that you do owe them both? But it is only off by one dollar...and yet the second doesn't list the current balance...hmmm

No, I am sure that they are the same account. One original collector and one creditor.

Re: Duplicate Report? Balance Issue

Did your agreement cover both TLs?  At the least the CreditOne should set to paid/$0balance, etc

This also happened to me with First Premie.r I paid the CA 345 and Premier is showing i owe them 283 and it is the same account number. I paid them last month trying to figure what to do about the Premier account.
