EIDT daily pulls - with spouse

Looks like this is the best daily puller for its price, or am I missing anything else?

Also, do they check for a marriage certificate when you sign up for the spouse discount? I want to get it for my GF who coincidently has the same surname as mine.

Just signed up. My wife has a diff last name. Nothing else required beyond just putting down her address. I believe the "marriage" is verifed because we have the same address.
