EQ STILL falsely reporting

In a BK 6 years ago I refirmed a Honda. EQ reports this account twice in my credit report with two different statuses. The correct report says I paid the account in full and was never late. The other report says I included this vehicle in the BK wich is incorrect. I have disputed this 3 times and always get the same results as such:
EQ responce by saying "The ceriditor reports zero balance and account paid as agreed. so-on-and-so-forth......."
THEN they show the same duplicate account in the same report in the same envelope as being included in BK...again. What am I going to have to do to get EQ to delete the falsely reported dupicate account?

How are you disputing? Online, mail, fax?
 
The only thing I can suggest is listing the two accounts side by side and state below them "These are duplicate accounts, please delete one" I would draw arrows to the correct one and write "This is reporting correctly"
 
Do you have your BK papers that show it not included?

I did almost exactly that. From the myFICO report printable forms, I keed disputing the negative duplicate account and EQ comes back with how that account is just fine. This time I disputer both accounts in the "Other" reason box so the print out prints both accounts one on top of the other. I did some marking on the dispute page to force them to actually look at the document. I mailed this third disputer this morning.

Hello. I don't know if this info will help you, but here it goes:   I had a lease with american honda finance that i paid in full in 2003. I filed BK in 2006. I pulled my credit regulary and all of a sudden in 2008, that honda acct is showing as included in BK. I didn't dispute with the bureaus, i just called honda finance, they found the info. and corrected the reporting right away.. maybe try callling honda finance and see if  they can help you.

I can't beleive I didn't think of that. Thank you.
I should get the results of my last dispute back in a couple days. If it still shows, I will contact Honda.

I still had inaccuracies. I did call Honda and they said the incorrect information was their fault. They corrected it again. I waited a few days then disputed again.

I am happy to say that after 9 months of report disputes, ALL three of the CRAs are reporting correctly and that my scores are almost identical with all 3.
