EQ deleted account, possible to add it back?

My oldest student loan was transferred to new service provider. Everything went smoothly, except on EQ. They deleted the account all together. New accounts show up on all three.

Anyone have experience with getting a deleted account added back to a report? That's 13 years of positive reporting I'd rather not give up.

I have an EQ report from before and after deletion to show them if needed.

Yu first need to know whethr the creditor reported a deletion of the account, or whether it was deleted by the CRA without instructions from the creditor.

I would first call the creditor and inquire as to whether they reported deletion for some reason. If so, then the CRA would not ve involved in any resinsertion.
