So I pull dailies from TC and EQ and just now I went fro my afternoon fix... I get a strange error message saying that my report is "Unavailable" and please call 24/7 for immediate support.
I call and the woman on the other end says "There isn't anything we can do. Our systems are down."
First time I EVER heard that kind of response. I've heard hold on let me see if I can fix that problem for you... Try again in 30 mins., Etc..
But this woman sounded like she had been answering questions for a WHILE.
Any one know whats up?
