Long story short...
I was sitting around today before the gym and started thinking about EX EE for my BK.
My 13 was filed in April 2017.
DC January 2021
I did some reading and was disappointed to see that EX EE of 3 months might have been a thing of the past. I decided to go over to my Experian account and tempt myself by visiting the online dispute section. I never got that far after I signed in.
Due to recent new accounts, I had taken a small hit in recent months on my EX FICO 8 from 718 down to 699. I'm gardening now so I wasn't too worried about it.
As I logged in, I thought my eyes were deceiving me when I saw 805. I looked and realized that my BK is now completely gone from EX. To say I'm shocked would be an understatement. I didn't even ask for it.
Combined with the deletion of my BK from TU back in September, I'm now at 2 out of 3 reports clean. I'm not quite sure what triggered this EE, but I could not be happier.
Congrats that has to be a great feeling. Waiting on EQ and EX to clear up from my bk7 in 2014 end of this year for me as well.

Thanks, @NoMoreDebt . The time will fly by.
Interestingly, when I pull up my EQ on their site or on Annualcredirreport.com, it says I have no BK on record, but my low 700s EQ FICO 8 tells me otherwise. I'd like to call EQ and find out why it's not showing but I'm not really excited about the prospect of poking the EQ bear.
I need to be satisfied with this early present from EX.
Very nice, congratulations!
Congratulations. A nice surprise.
Based on @Creditwiser's post in another sub-forum, it looks like Experian granted early EE to a lot of us.
Definitely a nice surprise!
@Jeffster1EQ is weird. I still have 3yrs 9 months left till I've got a clean report (not accounting for any potential EE), but for every EQ report I've pulled via annualcreditreport it's never once shown my BK7. Reports from myFICO reflect it and my EQ8 score definitely reflects it at 691, but can't figure out why it's never been referenced on my annualcreditreport pulls.
EQ is,indeed, weird. I went back to update my post above referencing EQ but it was too late. I was wrong in that, just like yours, the BK does show on the EQ site itself. And, just like yours, it does not show on my EQ pulled via annualcreditreport.com. So strange.
Another EQ oddity...Last year, I couldn't access EQ from annual credit report.com for a few months. However, I could access it via MyFico and Experian.com. I called EQ and they told me that...somehow...the suffix "III" was added to my name. They would not tell me how but the rep hinted that it was connected to a loan. I only had one...a SSL that I opened in early 2021. I called them to ask if I was being repeoted as a "III" (akaThe Third), and they were like, "Umm...no. 🙄"
Then, suddenly...thankfully...it seemed to resolve itself.
