EX, do I let this one go and wait it out or call?

I have an account that was IIB just shy of 7 years ago (5/2001).  I finally got EX to show it as IIB after years of them telling me that the account was verified with the lender (it was an attempted reaffirmation that the bk judge denied).  The problem I have is that they are showing 2 accounts when we only had 1.  After May the account will fall off my reports, but in the meantime it is dropping my score because it is showing as 2 derogs.  Do I dare call EX and tell them that it is duplication of one account?  I'm afraid that they'll end up showing the accounts as not IIB, since they've done this to me before.  (and we all know how great the CBs are at messing up simple things...)

Do I wait or should I call?

I would just let it drop.

Thanks.... I know I should. I just hate seeing something on my report that is so obviously wrong. I will attempt to dredge up some patience. Smiley Happy
