Hey Fico friends!
Anyone know of an easy way to view your Experian FICO 8 score for free?
I used to be able to do this through my Amex account (account services-->profile-->view FICO score -- they buried it a little bit), but it's not there anymore.
@Expansion , My Amex account shows Experian only. I can see my Equifax Fico 8 and report once a month from myfico.com(this site) for free.
@Yasselife Thank you! I will check that out right now!
@Yasselife -- I edited the title and original post -- my bad -- I should have typed "EXPERIAN" instead of equifax
AMEX moved the Experian score to Payment and Credit Options under Account Services.
Update: Poking around, I couldn't find the free option on myfico.com,
but I did find a way to view my Fico 8 Experian score for free on Experian.com:
https://www.experian.com/consumer-products/credit-score.html
And yay it is 713, the highest I've seen for years! HOORAY!
@tampaguy thanks for the tip! I felt crazy when I couldn't find it in the usual place! Now my sanity is restored
updating my sticky note by my desk now so I remember how to get there next month
I started a thread about this a few days ago. @Aeon provided the answer in that thread.
While I love myFICO subscriptions, for those times that I do not need active monitoring, I use the following to get a quick snapshot when I'm not in a current subscription to myFico.
FICO 8:
Experian - Experian website will provide monthly updates at no cost.
Equifax - myFICO website will provide monthly free Equifax Fico 8 updates
Transunion - Discover will provide cardholders monthly updates for Fico8 (Barclays does also, although less frequently)
FICO 9:
Experian - Wells Fargo cardholders get Experian F9 monthly
Equifax - NavyFed provides monthly Equifax F9 monthly ( PendFed does also but quarterly if I recall correctly)
Transunion - No Idea who might provide this version, if anyone.
EDIT: Citi will provide the Equifax Fico8- Bankcard score.

US Bank likes Trans Union but does use others.
