Equifax Consumer affairs (Spilt file)

I have been trying to reach them because my file at equifax is spilt and its messing me up. first i call they tell me its cause i disputed some inquries then they tell me its because i have such a large file the agents dont want to help me or conect me to consumer affairs ive now called three times and gotten the same reponse we'll just mail you all your files????????? so i told the rep what you want me to do when i apply for credit how can i explain this to creditors? can i have multiple files just because i have a large file does any one have the number to consumer affairs because the agents keep finding their ways around me this is BS



one of my files has like 16 accounts the other one 43 its soo large they cant merge them ? wtf why not i bet those 16 are part of the 43



and whenever i apply the banks get the 16 account file which never updates and i get denied for that

Call and ask for the Special Handling department. Tell them you believe you have a split file.

A couple of questions just to make sure I am understanding this correctly

1. The sixteen trade line file you stated never updates. You because the date reported on the accounts is old or what is telling you that?

2.  Are that banks that pull your credit going through a CRA or they pulling straight from the bureau?

Also do you have a copy of the 16 and 43 trade line report from Equifax? When was the last time you applied for credit and Equifax pulled.

I ask these questions not be nosy but because I have had experience with this type of problem.
