Can anyone access Equifax Dispute portion of their website? I've been getting a "service temporarily unavailable" for the last week.

I have gotten it as well. I have come to the conclusion that Equifax just sucks in general. They have open tradelines as closed on their report as well as just flat out missing tradelines even though the creditors assure me that they have reported updated information to them as recently as July.
I'm not a fan of Equifax either, as you can see by my post from earlier this week -
"In the beginning of July, I disputed a "repo" comment in my Equifax credit file due to the repo being more than 7 years old and I requested that comment be removed, (plus the car was reclaimed by me the next day and I got caught up on payments and never had another late payment again). While the dispute was "under investigation", Equifax temporarily removed the comment and my Equifax Fico 8 jumped up 25 points. I was just notfiied over the weekend that Ally Financial, (my old auto finance company) confirmed the repo, (no further info available) and Equifax re-inserted the repo comments and my Equifax Fico 8 score dropped 75 points!!!!!! Can ANYONE please explain to me how this is possible???"
Someone commented that it looks like Equifax re-posted the repo to my file as a "new" repo rather than just reinserting the old info. I'm at a loss.....
Down for me too, which sucks because they just incorrectly updated a settled account as having a balance. Dropped my score! This is complete BS seeing how hard we work to fix or keep our credit good, only to be forced to fight incompetence.

Equifax dispute portion online is down for maintenance. They are having technical issues or so they say.
That's some maintenance.. ![]()
I think the Russians got 'em. Must have downgraded some oligarch.
I am so frustrated with Equifax right now. It does not help that the credit union I am trying to refinance with pulls Equifax. I have a complaint against them for incorrect reporting that still has not been corrected. Feeling beyond frustrated!
Dispute site is back up, however, now I cannot refresh my report/score. Really starting to wonder why I pay for their service!
