I had an issue so I decided to call myFICO about it. At first, whoever I was talking to, was saying it wasn't a myFICO issue, that credit score reacts differently and that it just meant that my score hadn't changed. I knew it was BS ... since I also have the premium Experian membership and I can see my Equifax score changing there. Told her I wanna speak to a supervisor and the supervisor guided me in the right direction ...
1> Once you log-in into your account, click your name at the top right
2> Clik on "alert setting"
3> Turn off "Target FICO® Score"
4> Problem is now solved (this worked for me)
I subscribe to Equifax ScoreWatch through EQ (the subscription has been intact for 14 years now). I set my target score to my current score and I'm alerted to every score change, plus or minus. (I reset the target with each reported change.)
The problem with setting your score to some value (such as 10 points higher than your current score) is that presumably a smaller increase, or a score decline, won't trigger the notice.
