I have been trying the last few days to login but keep receiving an error message that says call the shown number.
I was wondering if anyone else was receiving the same issue.
It's happen before a few times in the pass but resolved itself in a day or 2.
I had no issue logging in just now.
I was just able to log in, but it is known to frequently have problems.
Have you called the number they say to call?
I don't know if this is your case, but it happens to me when my vpn is in use. I just temporarily disconnect from the vpn when I'm accessing the Equifax website.

@markbeiser No I tend to contact Equifax as a final last resort due to pass contacts with them resulting in negative results. Somehow they tend to mess up the simplest of requests.

@UltraInstinct I made sure my VPN was disconnected and also I tried on my cell phone but received the same error message. I guess I'll give it a few more days.
I was just going to try to check offers from a couple cards that show pre-approvals with Limits and APR that softpull Equifax.
Probably best it's not letting me get in to unlock report because if a offer appears and looks pretty good I might give in and apply and I don't
really need any new inquiries and accounts right now lol.

I have no issue accessing any bureau with my VPN, but it may be dependant on which VPN. I use Google. I know on here one of the tactics to thwart scammers is to ban a series of IPs from certain VPNs. Equifax may have something similar in place.

The same situation happens to me every once and a while. And as @fortis mentions, after I clear my cookies, I can usually login. I hope that you can resolve the problem soon.
