I've had multiple score changes in the last few weeks all resulting in score changes on EX and TU but EQ has had no change. Is anyone else seeing this?

I've had a myFICO subscription for 5 months. I have rarely ever received updates from EQ. I've heard of other members mentioning this as well.
This has been an ongoing issue for over a year now. There are threads in the product feedback subforum -- tech support is aware of the complaints but there has been no resolution as they don't seem to fully understand the problem - responding with basically 'not all alerts result in a score change' - which we all know already and that is not what the issue is.

It seems to vary person to person. EX rarely updates in MyFico for me or my SO and in fact only seems to update when I get a new report, but otherwise takes weeks to update changes when it does decide to update. TU and EQ seems to update swiftly on MyFico. Others report differently.
I am experiencing the same thing. My scores with Experian and Transunion are 690 and 693. Equifax is at 612. The thing is. My utilization with them is lower than the other accounts. I filed a complaint today with the CFPB. How is my mortgage score going up, but my fico 8 isn't? Smh
