I just got my credit report through Equifax Credit Watch Gold.
It shows my Length of Credit History as 0, & my Average Account Age as NaN Year.
It also shows my oldest account as Blah Blah Blah: Opened N/A.
Are these problems I should try to fix?
Mine is the same way. Shows I have no history yet my oldest account is 7 years old. It shows my oldest is a collection because it says NaN.
I have tried to get it fixed to no avail.

are you saying it shows that way BECAUSE it's a collection?
because my oldest account is also a collection (grr... I HATE MIDLAND!!!)
The important thing is how it is showing on your EQ report from myFICO.
Have you ever pulled a report here? If so, what does it say about your age?

why? i thought the reports from the cra's were more accurate or detailed or something...i know i asked about this on another thread, where someone asked what the best place to get their reports from was.
on my myfico report from EQ, it says my oldest account is 6 years & my average age of accounts is 2 years.

Reports directly from the CRA are more detailed.
However, the most important thing about the age showing that way on EQ is how FICO is reading it for scoring purposes.
You stated that on your EQ report from EQ it shows:
It shows my Length of Credit History as 0, & my Average Account Age as NaN Year.
It also shows my oldest account as Blah Blah Blah: Opened N/A.
If your EQ report from myFICO is showing the above information as it should be, then it is reading it correctly for scoring purposes, instead of reading your length of credit history as 0 and your AAoA as 0.
EQ will show(as mentioned on this thread already) CA accounts as "oldest account" or "most recent account" under account age, when in reality, FICO doesn't figure properly reported CA accounts in age.
I don't know why EQ shows this information this way, but it is confusing. IMO, when EQ's software is reading your report to give you the "Detailed Summary" that includes this information, the software is not reading it as it should be and is the reason it is being reported like it is, instead of how myFICO would read it and report it.
Hope this doesn't confuse you even more.
ok, i get it now! that's good info to know.
now my next question is this: since my oldest account is a charge-off from verizon, should i be less eager to get it removed from my reports (i'm thinking of trying a pfd with them, to get them AND midland off my reports)?
i believe i read somewhere that once a CO is that old, it hurts less than the age is helping you.

Having the OC removed could cause a score drop.
My oldest account is 7 years old. My next oldest was a 5 year old CO. Removal of the CO cost me around 30 points.
