ok, i talked to an EQ rep like ten mintues ago and she told me that a particular collection account was removed from my report. so, i purchased an updated credit report on the EQ website. to my surprise, this account was still being reported and with the past due amount. so, i called them back and talked to a different rep and she said the same thing..."that it wasn't being reported." so, i had her send me an updated report via the mail. anyone had the same problems? what should i do? if i would purchase an EQ report through myfico.com would it be the same one i got through EQ (with the account still being rerported) or would be the one with the account removed?
