Equifax Toll Number

I noticed that Equifax has NOT reported American Express Gold card in 2 months. I called Amex and they advised me that it has been reported to Equifax and was reported each month on the 9th.

Is there anyone here that knows Equifax's telephone number do that I can call to find out why Equifax is not reporting?

The number I am seeing is 1 (888) 548-7878. If this is a new account, it is possible that they did not report it at all last month, and did report it this month, but he 9th was only a few days back? Sometimes it takes several days fto update, or even for whatever report you are using to update.
