Thank you for posting what is on your credit report.
If it were me, I would photo copy the duplications, highlight them, send them in with a dispute form/letter to the CB. Send it CMRR.
They should respond within 30 days.
You could also call Chase and tell what the problem is. They may be reporting the account multiple time for some unknwn reason. If so should be able to fix it
I have the same problem with a JCPenney account. It is reporting six times one one of the reports, four times another, and twice on another (each with a zero balance, but a derogatory).
I disputed with the credit agency (online) and asked them to remove the duplicates. They responded with a standard debt validation. Duh...I knew the account was mine, but I only had one account. I called GEMB about it and the representative said she would send notice to all three agencies, asking to remove the duplicates. That was three weeks ago...so far they are still there.
Since I hope to close on my house tomorrow, I've left it alone for now. However, if the information is not corrected in another three weeks, I do intend to dispute by mail, with the duplicates highlighted. Hopefully that will get me somewhere.
Were you ever able to get the duplicates removed? I have the same problem with my Chase credit card being reported twice every month so it lowers my FICO due to amount of debt.
