real problem here is... a student loan of some sort was placed on someones file who NEVER WENT TO SCHOOL, it must be crossed with someone elses, in fact recently a few PAYMENTS have been made on it all of a sudden
OP, I think it may be for the best if you temporarily stop "helping" till you gain a better understanding on how disputes work, and until you understand possible ramifications of filing disputes, especially on someone else's behalf.
